Congratulations!

Congratulations on your new bundle of joy! Having a new addition to your family can be such an exciting time in your life! It can also be sort of stressful, doulas are here to make that transition a bit more manageable. Ashley's job is to help you make the most informed decisions about your birth and your body. We want you to feel empowered and taken care of throughout your whole pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.

The Package

Birth Doula

Continuous pregnancy, labor and birth, and early postpartum support to you and your partner. We will go over what you desire your birth to look like and how we can best support you through this very special time. We will help empower you to advocate for the birth you want.

Lactation Support

In that precious golden hour after baby is born, we will encourage your little bundle of joy to breastfeed. We will give our best tips and tricks to get you and your little one on the right track for a successful breastfeeding journey.

Resources

There is so much to know about birth! With any questions you have, we will give you access evidenced-based information so that you can make informed decisions about your body, baby, and birth.
