The birth doula package is to serve you and your partner through pregnancy, birth, and immediate postpartum period. Doulas statistically decrease the risk of a cesarean birth, decrease use of pain medication, shortens the length of labor, and increase the satisfaction of your labor and birth!

- We believe in "a doula for everyone" so to support under-resourced families receiving WIC, we have a discounted rate of $500
A la Carte
Body Balancing Session -
$100/session Breech: $150/session
Starting around 35 weeks, body balancing can make a big difference in helping your baby settle into an optimal fetal position for birth. I use the well-known Spinning Babies® “Three Sisters of Balance” techniques to help create more space, ease discomfort, and prepare your body for labor. These sessions are hands-on, gentle, and something you and your partner can easily learn to continue at home.
Body balancing can be especially supportive for:
• Malpositioned babies
• Pregnancy discomfort
• Prodromal labor
• Going past your due date
• Encouraging labor to begin naturally
Each session lasts about 1.5–2 hours, and partners are always welcome (and encouraged!) to join and learn alongside you. This offering is available to both Blessed Birth clients and non-clients.

Breech Support
Breech babies often respond beautifully to this approach. Along with the Three Sisters of Balance, I’ll guide you through a gentle, 3-hour breech turning circuit—repeated seven times—to encourage baby to settle head-down. This is a wonderful option if you’re preparing for an ECV and want to stack the cards in your favor for the best possible outcome.
Postpartum Doula Services

$35/hour - 6 hour minimum
